Michael Frost, usually known as Mick or Mikey, passed away after a long battle with Cancer. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.

Thoughts
I didn't know that you were gone, many years ago you helped me through a rough time and I've often thought of you and hoped you had a good life...this has made me sadder than a distance of 27 years or so should...I wish I'd kept in touch...rest in peace...and thank you xx
